The copyright is the intelectual property of Elementary Signs Ltd and does not pass with the purchase of any Sign, Banner, display or any items designed or produced by Elementary Signs Ltd.
- All versions of the Logo and tag line, all brochures, fliers, web sites and any other material, either printed or electronic are all protected under copyright and are all the property of Elementary Signs Ltd. These items may not be used without the prior written permission of Elementary Signs Ltd under any circustances.
Q) Can you put my Logo or Crest onto our new sign?
A) Yes, usually with no problem if you have the Logo or Crest electronically.
Q) How can the Logo or Crest be sent to you?
A) By email or by clicking on the button on our web page, or by disc.
Q) Can I fax my Logo or Crest to you?
A) Unfortunately fax transmissions do not provide an acurate enough copy of your file for us to use.
Q) Do you charge extra for artwork or layouts.
A) Our prices normally include artwork and layout costs. Only in circumstances where we need to spend extra time preparing artwork do we make a small additional charge or where we are asked to design your logo or crest.
Q) Does the cost of the sign include installation?
A) Many of our customer prefer to arrange installation themselves, however, we can arrange for our installers to install the signs for you for a small additional charge.
Q) Can you provide a visual for approval before making the signs?
A) We always provide artwork visuals for your approval prior to making the signs.

Q)Are your signs and banners complete and ready to install?
A) Yes. All signs come complete with fixings and/or fixing kits depending on the type or style of sign. Banners are supplied with brass eyelets.
Q) Would the quoted price ever change and if so under what circumstances would the price change?
A) The price would only change if the specification or your requirements changed. We would always inform you before we carry out additional or changed work or if the costs change and we would not proceed without your approval.
Q)Can you be beaten on price?
A) We hope not but we offer a price match policy (on a like for like basis) so you can have confidence in our prices. Just let us know if you find a better price for the same item and we will usually beat it.
Q) Do you supply "low cost" or "economy" signs?
A) The build quality of all of our products is top quality and many come with built in safety features such as radius corners as standard. All of our signs are built to last. |
